Our standard rental is designed to give you ample time to create the perfect event. The 8-hour rental period includes everything you need—from setup to celebration to cleanup—so you can focus on enjoying your special day without rushing.

What's Included

Every rental comes with essential amenities and professional support to ensure your event runs smoothly

✅ Basic audio equipment (speakers, stands, cables)
✅ All venue amenities (bar, stage, restrooms, WiFi, climate control, parking)

Additional Options

Need more time or furniture? We offer flexible add-ons to customize your rental experience.

All additional services must be arranged in advance to ensure availability and proper scheduling.

  • Extra Hours: Available at standard hourly rate (request 30 days prior)

  • Additional Tables/Chairs: Reserve in advance for your guest count

  • Extended Setup Time: Book extra hours before or after your event

Security Deposit & Payment

We require a refundable security deposit to reserve your date, with the full balance due well before your event. This ensures your date is locked in and gives us time to prepare everything perfectly for your celebration.

  • Amount: $200-$2,000 (based on event type)

  • Returned within 30 days if venue is left in good condition

Payment Schedule

  • Security deposit reserves your date

  • 100% of rental fees due 60 days before event

  • Accepted: Credit card, cash, or money order only

  • Credit card required for day-of incidentals
