Standard Rental Package

Our standard rental is designed to give you ample time to create the perfect event. The 8-hour rental period includes everything you need—from setup to celebration to cleanup—so you can focus on enjoying your special day without rushing.

Security Deposit & Payment

We require a refundable security deposit to reserve your date, with the full balance due well before your event. This ensures your date is locked in and gives us time to prepare everything perfectly for your celebration.

Amount: $200-$2,000 (based on event type)
Returned within 30 days if venue is left in good condition

100% of rental fees due 60 days before event
Accepted: Credit card, cash, or money order only
Credit card required for day-of incidentals

Required Coverage

For the protection of all parties, we require proof of liability insurance before your event. This standard practice protects you, your guests, and our venue in the unlikely event of an accident or incident.

All renters must provide proof of currently bound liability insurance with the following coverage:

💼 Minimum Coverage: $1,000,000 per accident or occurrence
📝 Must Include: Personal injury, death, and property damage
🏷️ Certificate Requirements: Owner must be named as additional insured and certificate holder
📋 Submission: Provide insurance binder before event date

Note: Individual renters (non-corporate) should contact us to discuss specific insurance requirements for private events.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, but we also need to protect our booking calendar. Cancellations made well in advance allow us time to rebook the date, which is why we offer partial refunds for early cancellations.

📅 More than 60 days notice: 50% refund of amount paid

⏱️ Less than 60 days notice: Complete forfeiture of payment

Event Requirements

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, we have specific requirements for certain event types. These policies help protect both our guests and our historic venue.

For Youth Events (Under 21):

1 adult chaperone (21+) per 10 minors required
🚫🍺 No alcoholic beverages permitted

Prohibited Items

Our historic building requires special care to preserve its character and beauty. The following items can damage our floors, walls, or create safety hazards, and their use will result in forfeiture of your security deposit:

❌ Smoking or vaping anywhere on premises
❌ Raw rice, confetti, or glitter
❌ Open flame candles
❌ Smoke machines or bubble machines
❌ Holes in walls or mounting anything permanently
❌ Renters using ladders (owner must supervise all ladder work)

Note: If you need decorations hung or ladder work done, notify us in writing 2 weeks before your event.

Cleanup & Removal

At the end of your rental period, the venue should be cleared of all personal belongings. We want you to enjoy your event without worry, but please ensure everything is removed during your cleanup hour.

Removal Policy

All personal items, decorations, and props must be removed immediately after the event.

🗑️ Items left behind will be disposed of by venue staff
💸 Disposal costs will be deducted from your security deposit
